Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong expertise in the banking domain, specifically in credit card, payments, and PEGA Smart Dispute systems. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technology teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and aligned with Agile practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for credit card, payments, and dispute management processes.

  • Work closely with stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.

  • Provide subject matter expertise on PEGA Smart Dispute and related banking/credit card systems.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, contribute to backlog refinement, and ensure clarity of user stories.

  • Collaborate with the Business team, users, and development teams to validate solutions that meet business requirements.

  • Track project progress, risks, and dependencies while supporting delivery timelines.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking/financial services domain.

  • Strong knowledge of credit card and payments systems; hands-on PEGA Smart Dispute experience is a must.

  • Solid understanding of Agile methodology and ability to actively participate in Agile ceremonies.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
