Job Details
Job description:
- Experience: 8 10+ years in Pega development, with at least `+ years as a Lead System Architect
- Proficiency in Java and experience with multi-tier applications and web services (SOAP, WSDL, XML).
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Pega solutions including scope definition, requirements analysis, design, build, testing, and deployment.
- Architect and implement model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions using Pega technology.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and project managers to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Provide technical governance and mentorship to Pega developers and junior architects.
- Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, coding standards, and design principles.
- Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST, SOAP, MQ, and other protocols.
- Apply DevOps practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring for Pega applications.
- Conduct design and code reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and respond to ad-hoc technical queries
