Role Details

  • Title: Pega Lead Business Analyst

  • Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering and translate into Pega user stories.

  • Create BPMN-based process models and business rules.

  • Design rules, flows, UI mockups, and integrate system interfaces.

  • Ensure traceability, version control, and change control.

  • Support end-to-end Healthcare Claims workflows.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years as a Pega LBA.

  • Strong BPMN, process modeling, Agile experience.

  • Hands-on Pega platform experience.

  • Healthcare & Claims domain expertise (Adjudication, Reprocessing, SCE).

Nice-to-Have

  • Certified Pega Business Architect (CBA).

  • Experience in process improvement tools.
