Title: Pega Lead Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering and translate into Pega user stories.
Create BPMN-based process models and business rules.
Design rules, flows, UI mockups, and integrate system interfaces.
Ensure traceability, version control, and change control.
Support end-to-end Healthcare Claims workflows.
Required Skills
10+ years as a Pega LBA.
Strong BPMN, process modeling, Agile experience.
Hands-on Pega platform experience.
Healthcare & Claims domain expertise (Adjudication, Reprocessing, SCE).
Nice-to-Have
Certified Pega Business Architect (CBA).
Experience in process improvement tools.
