Our Fortune 500 client is looking for a Pega Lead Systems Architect (CSSA/ CPLSA) on their project based out of Rockville, MD.
Job Title: Pega Lead System Architect (CSSA/CPLSA)
Location: Rockville, MD-Remote

Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Define class structure, rule organization, case lifecycles, SLAs, routing
- Establish security model, authentication, and guardrail compliance
- Lead DCO, design reviews, and environment promotion strategy
- Guide performance tuning, logging, and observability
Requirements
- 6 10+ years in Pega; CSSA required, LSA preferred
- Strong integration & security knowledge (OAuth/SAML/JWT)
- Experience with CI/CD and multi-environment governance
- Excellent stakeholder communication
