Pega Senior Developer
Apex Systems is a global IT services provider and our consulting practice has an opening for a Pega Certified Senior System Architect who requires hands-on experience with Pega V8, solution architecture and end-to-end application design for a Design/Development team in Pega COE, a Top Five Bank.
Client: Big 5 Bank
Location: hybrid
Terms: 6 Month Contract, Strong possibility of extension or converting fulltime based on project budget & candidate performance.

What You'll Be Doing:
You will be a member of the Design/Development team in Pega CoE to lead technical design and development of the major initiatives. As Pega Certified Senior System Architect, you will be responsible for evaluating the Application solution and possess a general, non-technical understanding of its features and capabilities and for building, maintaining, modifying, and integration of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems.
How You Will Succeed:
Be the subject matter expert in business systems, provide technical guidance to application development teams, and consult on integration and conversion activities. Use your knowledge to define and document requirements for data, workflow, processes, systems, internal and external checks, controls and outputs to ensure the application exceeds expectations. Programming Knowledge - Lead the design and development of specifications and perform code review

- 5+ years of Pega development/architecture experience
- 3 years total of hands-on technical experience in
- Must have experience in PEGA 8 onwards
- Conduct cross-LOB reviews of high-level designs, change requests, and technical issues for the development and implementation of solutions for the assigned initiatives
- Must have hands on experience in the design and development of complex use cases using data
- Experience in various roles and features like flow, activities, user interface, flow actions, agents, SLA, corresponded, single sign on, reports, listeners, MQ, REST API's and sole services
- Have the ability to plan and lead the execution of PRPC implementation projects as well as understand the Digital transformation strategies of the bank and implement them in day to day work.
- Previous hands on experience in designing and implementing complex workflows.
- Experience creating enterprise wide applications
- Completed Senior System Architecture Certificate (Preferred) & or , LSA (Lead System Architect, CBA (Certified Business Architect, etc)
