Job Title: PeopleSoft Developer / Analyst

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft professional to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications within the PeopleSoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in PeopleSoft modules, integration, and customization, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into PeopleSoft solutions.
- Develop, configure, and customize PeopleSoft applications (HRMS, Financials, or Campus Solutions).
- Perform upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-production support.
Mandatory Skills
- PeopleSoft Modules: HRMS, Financials, or Campus Solutions.
- Technical Expertise: PeopleTools, Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker.
- Programming: PeopleCode, SQR, SQL.
- Database: Oracle or SQL Server.
- SDLC Knowledge: Full lifecycle implementation experience.
- Reporting Tools: BI Publisher, Crystal Reports.
- Strong understanding of security, scalability, and performance tuning in PeopleSoft environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades and PUM (PeopleSoft Update Manager).
- Familiarity with workflow configuration and integration with third-party systems.
- Knowledge of cloud migration strategies for PeopleSoft.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft development and support experience.
- PeopleSoft certification is a plus.
