Job Details
- Proven Experience working as a PeopleSoft functional analyst with a focus on PeopleSoft Purchasing, Inventory and Cost Management.
- In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft modules related to purchasing, inventory management, cost accounting in supply chain.
- Clear and concise knowledge of how the products PeopleSoft and third-party applications work technically and integrate with each other to resolve issues
- Techno-functional expertise: Ability to understand the technical aspects of PeopleSoft (page, component, app engine, component interface ) and debug issues as needed (note: no hands-on development required)
- Proficient in writing complex SQL queries
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical/development teams to review solution architecture and ensure technical soundness
- Excellent communication and leading skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and convey complex ideas in a clear manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Play a key role in analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions that optimize Supply chain processes in Purchasing and Inventory
- Provide expertise, guidance, and support to end-users on PeopleSoft functionalities related to inventory and purchasing
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to facilitate user adoption and knowledge transfer.
- Experience or understanding in healthcare/pharmacy is highly preferred.
