Job Details
- PS HCM techno-functional resource working in a development/implementation project
- Experience in PeopleSoft HCM - Core HR and payroll. Hands-on Experience in SQR s and App engines.
- Work closely with client manager and business partners for requirements gathering and planning
- Understand the requirements and translate those into technical design documents
- Prepare project plan and SOW based on customer requirements
- Coordinate with offshore team members/developers to deliver the requirements and provide consultation on functional / application workflow
- Prepare / Review test scripts and perform system testing. Assist in user acceptance testing.
- Project management experience will be an added advantage
- Responsible for managing project deliverables
