Job Details
We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Integration and Support Analyst to join our team and provide comprehensive support for our existing PeopleSoft environment, as well as lead the integration of new modules. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture, experience with Oracle databases, and the ability to troubleshoot and customize the application based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for PeopleSoft Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll modules.
- Integrate new PeopleSoft modules including Time and Labor, eProcurement, Budget, and Financials.
- Perform Oracle DBA support tasks specific to the PeopleSoft environment.
- Customize and configure PeopleSoft applications to meet business requirements.
- Assist in applying patches, upgrades, and fixes.
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and develop corrective scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead problem-solving efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of full-time experience as a PeopleSoft integrator and support analyst.
- Strong initiative, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
