JOB SUMMARY: The Performance Administrator is responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the organization's performance management system. This role ensures the system operates effectively, provides user support, and leverages performance data to drive continuous improvement across the organization. Responsibilities include setting up and managing performance evaluations and related reporting, supporting goal creation and tracking, and assisting with cascading goals and aligning objectives across a matrixed organization to maintain strategic consistency and visibility. The Performance Administrator also provides guidance and troubleshooting for system users, analyzes performance trends to inform leadership decisions, and cross-trains to serve as a backup for the Learning Management System Administrator to ensure continuity of operations and support. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Manage and maintain the performance management system including customization of system features. 2. Supports goal creation and reporting, with the ability to assist in cascading goals, shared goals, and aligning objectives across a matrixed organization to ensure strategic consistency and visibility. 3. Develop and implement techniques to improve performance management processes and procedures. Create/maintain documentation of said process and procedures. 4. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines, departments, and levels within the organization. 5. Creates, Prepares, and distributes standard performance management and goal status reports in addition to managing ad-hoc report requests. 6. Design, develop, and maintain performance management and goal status dashboards to provide real-time insights and analytics to HR and management teams. 7. Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand data visualizations to represent performance management and goal status metrics and trends. 8. Ability to cross train and act as back up for Learning Management System Administrator to provide administrative support for the leaning platform, system maintenance, user management and troubleshooting as needed. 9. Provide training and support to HR staff and other users on performance management and goal functionalities, updates, and dashboards. 10. Stay current with system updates, feature releases, and platform enhancements to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organizational needs, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate relevant changes and support smooth adoption of new capabilities. 11. Maintain confidentiality of all data and comply with federal regulation and company policy on release/reporting of data. 12. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements. 13. Maintain compliance with SOX procedures, Hi-Trust, and other company mandated compliance programs. 14. Demonstrate the Company's Core Competencies and values held within. JOB SCOPE: The incumbent works under minimal supervision and relies on established guidelines and experience to complete job responsibilities. Work requires a broad range of knowledge of the performance management field gained through experience and is varied and complex. The incumbent applies knowledge of policies and procedures as well as the knowledge gained through experience to solve problems and to assist team members with application of policy and procedure. JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training): ? Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of progressive experience performance management support. ? Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable, ? Experience with Oracle HCM is preferred. ? Advanced Excel Skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF statements, Chart Creation ? Attentive to detail. ? Customer service, communication (written, verbal and listening), interpersonal, analytical, organization, and problem resolution skills. ? Take responsibility for own actions; takes ownership for issues and sees them through from beginning to end. ? Ability to use software, hardware, and peripherals related to responsibilities of job, including MS Office ? Ability to perform arithmetic calculations. ? Ability to adjust/alter workflow to meet deadlines. ? Ability to process complex verbal and written instructions and translate them into a series of logical problem-solving steps. ? Ability to multitask, prioritize, adapt, and meet deadlines within a time sensitive environment. ? Ability to work in a team as well as independently. ? Ability to maintain the highest confidentiality level. ? Ability to interact with internal and external contacts to exchange or obtain information. ? Ability to solve moderately complex problems, gather and analyze information skillfully. Implement root cause analysis. ?
