Performance Test Lead K6 & LoadRunner

Key Responsibilities:
Lead performance testing efforts for critical applications, ensuring high scalability, reliability, and performance.
Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using K6 and LoadRunner.
Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
Define performance test strategy, plans, and reporting structure.
Mentor and guide team members on performance testing best practices and tools.
Communicate test results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience Required:
Strong hands-on experience in K6 and LoadRunner for performance testing.
Proven experience in performance test planning, scripting, execution, and analysis.
Excellent understanding of web protocols (HTTP, HTTPS), APIs, databases, and application architectures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify performance bottlenecks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and present findings.
Prior experience in mentoring or leading a performance testing team is a plus.
Experience in CI/CD integration of performance testing tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in performance testing with at least 2 years in a lead role.
Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and monitoring tools.
