Job Details
- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter.
- Analyze performance requirements and define test strategies to meet business needs.
- Conduct load, stress, endurance, scalability, and capacity testing.
- Monitor system performance using tools like New Relic, Dynatrace, Grafana, or AppDynamics.
- Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for performance tuning.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and business analysts to resolve performance issues.
- Maintain and enhance performance testing frameworks and test environments.
- Prepare and present performance test reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Work in Agile and DevOps environments to integrate performance testing in CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for performance engineering.
- 3-6 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with JMeter for performance test scripting and execution.
- Proficiency in performance monitoring and analysis tools (New Relic, Dynatrace, Grafana, AppDynamics).
- Experience in analyzing performance test results and identifying performance bottlenecks.
- Strong understanding of HTTP protocols, web services, API performance testing.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) for test automation.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Java, Python, Shell) for performance test automation.
- Experience with database performance testing and SQL query optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
