The ideal leader will bring:
- 15+ years of experience in pharma services, CROs, or life sciences consulting
- Proven P&L ownership and scale-up leadership
- Strong exposure to pharmacovigilance operations, clinical documentation (including oncology), regulatory services, and quality/compliance
- A demonstrated ability to drive double-digit YoY growth, build enterprise client relationships, and lead multi-site global teams
