Aggregates Maintenance Mechanic

What You'll Be Doing
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on aggregate processing equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Inspect, repair, and replace components such as bearings, belts, and motors.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
What Are We Looking For
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for industrial equipment.
- Familiarity with aggregate or heavy industrial machinery and related systems.
- Commitment to safety standards and ability to follow established protocols.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and processes.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
