Required Qualifications

? Typically requires a Bachelor s Degree in engineering, math, or science and 10-15 years of relevant

experience

? Proficiency in designing and developing applications using Pega Platform (PegaRULES Process

Commander).

? Expertise in Pega's core features, such as Case Management, Decision Management, and BPM.

? Experience with Pega integrations, including APIs and web services.

? Certification (preferred): Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) or Certified Senior System Architect

(PCSSA).

? Problem-solving skills and Attention to detail

? Excellent written and verbal communication

? The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Suitability/Public Trust Background Clearance

? Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and experience with writing SQL

queries.

? Familiarity with standard web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

? Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
