Job Details
Title: Post Silicon Validation
Location: San Jose, CA
Primary Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in post-silicon/system validation, bring-up, debug, and/or reliability assessment of semiconductor devices.
- Experience of developing and executing comprehensive post-silicon validation and reliability test plans for new silicon devices, addressing both functional correctness and long-
- term robustness
- Experience conducting reliability tests (HTOL, HAST, electrical/thermal stress, etc.) and applying related failure analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming for hardware validation automation (Python, C, Perl, or TCL).
- Hands-on lab experience with electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, thermal chambers) and hardware debug environments.
- Strong analytical and systematic root-cause analysis skills for both functionality and reliability issues.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and modify Yaskawa robot programs based on project specs.
Diagnose and troubleshoot robotic issues.
Collaborate with engineering and production for system integration.
Perform system testing and validation.
Provide technical support and training to team members.
