Job Title: Senior PowerApps Developer

What You ll Do:

  • Architect, develop, and maintain robust, scalable applications leveraging Microsoft Power Apps to streamline and enhance business processes.
  • Collaborate directly with cross-functional business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant, secure, and user-friendly solutions.
  • Design, write, and optimize advanced DAX queries and functions to deliver actionable business insights through powerful data visualizations.
  • Partner with the data warehouse team to uncover data dependencies and architect comprehensive BI solutions.
  • Seamlessly integrate Power Platform tools with SharePoint, other Microsoft services, and third-party applications to maximize business impact.
  • Act as a subject matter expert by providing technical support, end-user training, and continuous improvements to existing solutions.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by proactively adopting the latest features and enhancements within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Apply your knowledge of ABS s Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management Systems to ensure compliance and alignment within all deliverables.

What You Bring:

  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience as a BI Developer with deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform development.
  • Demonstrated mastery of Power Apps, Power BI, and DAX, with a strong foundation in SQL and Azure cloud services including Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Synapse.
  • Proven experience working with SharePoint, customizing and integrating solutions to enhance business workflows.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Track record of handling sensitive, confidential data with the highest degree of professionalism and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as Power Platform Analyst Associate or Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP).
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks and holding Agile/Scrum certifications.
