This role is Hybrid. (Mon-Wed on site in Redwood City. Thurs- Fri is work from home).

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field experience
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes cluster creation
  • Expertise in AWS Cloud infrastructure
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC), preferably using Terraform or Pulumi
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals
  • Proficiency in source control and CI/CD pipeline tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins)
  • Familiarity with configuration management and monitoring tools (e.g., Ansible, Salt, Nagios)
  • Knowledge of databases (MySQL, Postgres)
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies (CDN)
  • Development of log, monitor, and alert systems using tools like Splunk, NewRelic, and CloudWatch
  • Exposure to messaging pub/sub systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
  • Experience with Release Management processes
  • Familiarity with secrets management solutions (KMS/HSMs/Hashicorp Vault)

Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Experience with Linux package management tools (e.g., rpm, deb & fpm)
  • Exposure to security technologies (perimeter security, web application scanning, firewall systems)
  • Knowledge of distributed systems technologies (e.g., Zookeeper, Consul)
  • Familiarity with NoSQL technologies (e.g., Redis, DynamoDB)
