What you'll do:
- Lead the creation of Release Train roadmaps, program Increments and sprints.
- Accountable for the creation of Release Train roadmaps, program Increments and sprints, facilitate release planning readiness including support of backlog management, event coordination and leadership, and as the point of escalation for Scrum Masters
- Drive the execution of critical initiatives while advancing the agent-based delivery management function, drawing on deep expertise in computer science and engineering.
- Champion the enhancement of team Agile maturity and foster ongoing improvements in project delivery and stakeholder communications, with a strong emphasis on metrics and measurable outcomes.
- Provide hands-on coaching to Agile teams, regularly assess and advance Agile maturity, and lead continuous improvement initiatives-including organizing Communities of Practice and knowledge-sharing activities.
What you'll need:
- Preferred Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math; Developer nanodegree; or equivalent experience.
- 8-10 years of related experience.
- Experience with Data Warehousing in the Cloud preferred
- Agile certifications such as SAFe RTE, SPC, or CSM
