Job Title: Principal S2P Business Analyst Job ID: 25-10109 Location: Oakland, CA Duration: FTE

Position Summary:

Seeking an experienced S2P (Source to Pay) Business Process Analyst to support Client Dept s modernization program. This role will lead procurement process initiatives, focusing on requisition-to-approval, PO management, CLM, and systems such as Ariba and SAP. The analyst will drive cross-functional collaboration, standardize processes, improve data quality, and enable future-state design.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as S2P subject matter expert for procurement in S/4Hana modernization.
  • Support design workshops, requirement gathering, and business process validation.
  • Identify gaps, solve complex cross-functional issues, and drive innovative solutions.
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Lead and manage large-scale cross-functional projects.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s in Business Administration or related field; 8+ years experience.
  • Strong knowledge of S2P processes (Ariba, SAP).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience in cross-functional projects and change management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.


Preferred:

  • MBA or equivalent, LSS Black Belt.
  • Advanced MS Office, Project, Visio skills.


Compensation:

The annual starting salary for this position is between $128,000 to $190,300 annually.
