Key Responsibilities:

• Translate complex business requirements into effective SAP CRM solutions within the S/4 HANA environment

• Configure, customize, and implement SAP CRM functionalities, including Service CRM modules

• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth system integration and functionality

• Provide end-to-end support including issue resolution, enhancements, and performance tuning

• Develop user documentation and conduct training sessions for business users

Requirements:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CRM, including at least 2 years on S/4 HANA platforms

• Expertise in CRM Service modules and strong functional configuration skills

• Prior experience with Field Service Management (FSM) is a plus

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• SAP certification in CRM or S/4 HANA is an added advantage
