Principal Software Engineer / Medical Device Manufacturing

A global manufacturer in medical devices and equipment is looking for a Principal Software Engineer to join their surgical and endoscopy team. As a part of this team, you will have the opportunity to develop cutting-edge medical technologies used to save lives every day.

You will be designing and developing software and hardware solutions for their endoscopy team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical device manufacturing industry and be proficient in C# and .NET. The role will be 2-3 days a week onsite around the Boston area.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or other related fields
• 6 plus years of experience working with C# and .NET technologies.
• Experience working with C++.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience working in the medical device manufacturing industry.
• Experience developing APIs using GRPC.
• Front end technologies: Angular or React
• Effective communication skills across multiple levels of the organization.

What You Will Be Doing

• Development mostly in middle-tier and back-end.
• Writing high quality code in C# and .NET
• Work with other engineers to execute plans.
