RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Principal Systems Analyst in Merrimack, NH.
Duties:
* Collaborate with partners, technology leads, and Agile teams
* Partner with other SPS program teams to identify program inter-dependencies, overlaps, and re-use opportunities
* Participate in backlog refinement sessions
* Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements
* Research and evaluate alternative solutions
* Define the scope of problems/issues in terms of business and/or system requirements and processes
* Evaluate the design of existing and in-development systems to assess their functionality, dependability, and maintainability
* Collaborate with Agile team members to develop comprehensive and cohesive solution approaches
* Ensure complete acceptance test criteria are provided for all system requirements
* Produce and/or maintain system feature design documentation and user training materials
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)
* 6+ years of experience in systems analysis, with a strong background in software solutions definition and development
* Agile/Scrum experience (required)
* Understanding of domain-driven design and RESTful APIs
* Knowledge of cloud platforms (ASB, AMQ)
* Demonstrated expertise in systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes
* Strong understanding of the technology and software architecture of applications, focus on mainframe systems
* Java/Spring
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Willingness to dive into code for analysis and support purposes
* Proven ability to deliver on complex technology projects
* Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across various business units
* Experience in the Financial Services sector (preferred)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
