Description

Job Duties:
- Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
- Develops requirements and standardizes BOE, SRR, PDR processes.
- Responsible for developing processes, aids in process mapping to ensure standardized and repeatable best practices.
- Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software or engineering specifications.
- Provides specific, detailed information for selection, implementation techniques, and tools for the most efficient solution to meet business needs, including present and future capacity requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 9+ years' related experience.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Ability to design and architect complex, scalable, and resilient enterprise-level systems from concept through deployment.
- The ability to see the "big picture" & understand how all system components interact & how changes in one area impact the entire system.
- Familiarity with SysML and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler or similar.
Desired:
- Experience sustaining ground-based radar systems (GBRs), or other Strategic Warning and Surveillance radar systems such as UEWR or PAVE PAWS.
- Knowledge of the Integrated Tactical Warning and Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) mission and associated enterprise.
- Exceptional ability to diagnose complex technical issues and develop effective, data-driven solutions.
- Experience maintaining national security mission networks.
- Experience with containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) & knowledge of DevOps methodologies/CI/CD pipelines.
