Job Details
Duration: 12 months revolving (long-term + benefits)
Location: Bedford, MA

Summary: be able to do printer break-fix, repair printers, diagnose printers, fix printers, order parts as needed
Daily Responsibilities
- Respond to dispatched service and supply calls via Lexmark s systems within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Lexmark products and accessories to OEM quality standards.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding call acceptance, ETA, status, and closure.
- Provide assistance and training on customer products and features as needed.
- Perform device repairs and Total Service Call Procedures before leaving the customer site.
- Document all activities: call acceptance, status updates, call closure, debrief, and parts tracking.
- Manage local parts inventory and ensure proper documentation.
- Collect meter reads on devices when necessary.
- Maintain a professional appearance and communication style.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support special activities/projects as needed.
- Collaborate with Operations and Project Teams during print technology implementation:
- Inventory collection
- Move/Add/Delete/Change (MADC) tracking
- Consumables management
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions for backup support.
- Help improve diagnostic processes and printer fleet optimization aligned with customer standards.
Experience & Skills
- 2 5 years of experience in printer or imaging device service preferred.
- Strong electro-mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent driving record and valid driver s license.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Solid administrative and computer skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Lexmark products is desirable.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly.
- Government background check required.

Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
