Job Description:
- Proven experience procuring IT products and services, including Software, SaaS, Hardware, Cloud Infrastructure, Telecommunications, and IT professional services.
- Strong expertise in evaluating and managing IT procurements through RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs, including vendor analysis and contract recommendations.
- Demonstrated research, negotiation, and analytical skills to support supplier selection and deliver best-value procurement outcomes.
- Solid knowledge of statewide procurement rules, financial principles, and compliance requirements related to IT acquisitions.
- Ability to work independently on project-based procurements, supporting business stakeholders and influencing decisions through clear recommendations and policy guidance. Thanks
