Location: 2-3 days Hybrid in Hartford, CT ideal; St Paul, MN an option, Regionally Remote will be considered for the right resource (monthly visits) 

PLEASE NOTE: This is a 3 month renewable contract and needs to meet Client full-time conversion policies. Those dependent on a work permit sponsor now or anytime in the future (ie H1B, OPT, CPT, etc) do not meet Client requirements for this opening.

Corporate Procurement seeks a detail-oriented  mid-level PM professional to support its announced Canada Divestiture initiative. This highly visible, time-sensitive role requires exceptional organizational and project management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines. A basic understanding of resource/ indirect spend Procurement principles and processes is HIGHLY preferred but not required.

 

Initial Focus – Contract Organization and Third-Party Letters

  • Contract Downloads & Renaming – Using a batch download repository, organize and rename contracts to be shared as part of the transaction
  • Address & Contact Validation – Gather and validate addresses, contact information, and other critical data for third parties impacted by the divestiture
  • Letter Management – In conjunction with a third-party tool, manage the data, and any exceptions for letter processing
  • Consent Acceptance Tracking – Monitor and report status
  • Follow-up & Communication – Manage follow-up activities for non-responsive parties and process requested changes
  • Quality Assurance – Perform letter QA and formatting as required
  • Physical Mail Handling – Manage any physical mail processes as needed
  • Action Tracking – Follow actions through to completion
  • Progress Reporting – Create timely, comprehensive reports on progress

 

Additional Procurement Support

  • Support additional Procurement-related activities as identified during the engagement

Ideal Candidate

  • Basic understanding of Procurement principles and processes
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and follow-up capabilities
  • Proficiency with reporting and data management tools
