Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Experienced Product Acceptance Specialist - Multiple Shifts to join our Boeing Helena Quality team based at our Helena, Montana site.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Verifies complex product conformance to design requirements
  • Develops inspection and surveillance plans
  • Provides feedback and recommends solutions to ensure process compliance
  • Performs preliminary review and disposition of complex non-conformities
  • Coordinates and conducts product review with customer during product or process verification
  • Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action
  • Provides expertise and leadership to customers and team members in all areas of product verification and acceptance


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience with Quality Assurance or Technical Inspection
  • 5+ years of experience in conducting Compliance, Foreign Object Debris (FOD), Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA), Tool Control and/or Audit assessments
  • Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience operating Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMM) and Laser Tracker
  • 5+ years of experience with Quality investigations and auditing
  • Proficient in all forms of NCR and EPD generation (NCR/RGEN/PU/SAT/SRR/PU and RGEN Revision, etc.)
  • Must maintain all necessary certifications to perform the job

Summary pay range: $66,600 - $72,500

Sign-On Bonus: External candidates are eligible for a sign-on bonus of $2,500
