Product Analyst/ Business Systems Analyst

Top Consulting is seeking a Product Analyst / Business Systems Analyst with strong data analytics expertise to join our team. This role will bridge business needs and technical solutions, supporting product development, process improvements, and data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate has experience in a Microsoft technology environment and preferably a background in manufacturing operations or systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose system and data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using Microsoft BI tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL Server, Azure Data tools).
  • Support ERP, CRM, and other core business systems by managing enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution.
  • Perform gap analysis, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Deliver insights from operational and customer data to support strategic decisions.
  • Document system workflows, data flows, and training materials for end users.
  • Stay current with technology trends and recommend opportunities for leveraging Microsoft tools.

Qualifications

  • 3 6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong experience with data analytics and visualization using Power BI, Excel, SQL Server.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft technology stack (Azure, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform).
  • Ability to create process maps, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments preferred.
  • Manufacturing industry experience highly preferred (ERP, supply chain, production systems).
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain, or inventory management.
  • Familiarity with data integration and ETL tools in Microsoft environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
