Pay Range: $75 - $125/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Skills-Figma
  • Chat/Messaging Platforms (consumer or enterprise)
  • Visual Design
  • Bachelor s degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 6 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, with at least 2 years working on chat/messaging platforms (consumer or enterprise).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing chat app design projects, including interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
  • Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
  • Experience with usability testing, user research, and iterative design processes.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions to cross-functional partners.
