Preferred Education:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities:
3-5 years product design/development experience
Good communication, team player enjoys working with others
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Exposure to SAP systems
Organizational skillset with ability to flex to support various projects throughout the day and multitask
Role:
Individual contributor responsible for coordinating the development of prototype products.
Responsibilities:
Monitors overall development process for product line
Acts as point person on development details with vendor partners
Creates and updates seasonal composite sheets and classification charts
Coordinates workflow of weekly updates to ensure composites are used as a timely communication tool with vendors, production, technical and merchandising
Tracks development to assure execution is within timeframes
Communicates design development details
Typically reports to Product Development Manager (Typically no direct reports)
