Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Glendale, California. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions while ensuring the successful delivery of product initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in prioritizing tasks, managing stakeholders, and driving strategic goals to completion.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate thorough requirement gathering sessions to analyze business workflows and user expectations.
Act as the voice of the customer during meetings, ensuring their needs are accurately represented.
Develop detailed documentation and dashboards to track project progress and deliverables.
Oversee backlog grooming and prioritize tasks to align with strategic objectives.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Coordinate schedules and meetings to streamline communication across stakeholders.
Manage budget processes and resource planning to support product development.
Utilize tools like JIRA to create and maintain project dashboards.
Drive innovation by translating business requirements into actionable product features.
Partner with C-suite executives and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
Proven experience in product management, including planning and execution of projects.
Strong skills in documentation, written communication, and process analysis.
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA for backlog grooming and dashboard creation.
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Expertise in collaborating with engineering, design, and production teams.
Experience working with stakeholders at various levels, including C-suite executives.
Background in computer sciences or a related field is preferred.
Solid understanding of business processes and strategic goal alignment.
