BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Product Operations Specialist for a Remote !



Position Title: Product Operations Specialist


Location: Remote


Anticipated Start Date: 09/26/2025

Expected Duration: 12 Months


Job Type: Contract - [FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)]


Pay Range: $70.00/hr-$75.00/hr


Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).



Job Description:
Minimum Qualifications:
? 6-8 years of relevant experience working in data management, operations or equivalent program management experience or educational degree in project management, business, marketing, finance or operations - with particular focus on product operations;
? Effective critical thinking and experience leveraging data to anticipate and unblock problems and drive solutions
? Proven time-management and organizational skills
? Experience working with teams to develop and improve operational systems and tools
? Experience driving collaboration of cross-functional teams, coordinating effectively, and inspiring others
? Experience resolving conflicts by finding win-win scenarios, identifying tradeoffs, and setting clear priorities
? Experience in controlling risk and setting priorities
? Experience communicating effectively


Responsibilities:

? Product Support: Work with the WhatsApp team, focusing on data gathering and analysis.

? Reporting for XFN: Create reports for cross-functional teams (XFN) to share insights and findings.

? Product Quality Metrics: Track and analyze product quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

? Data Summarization and Articulation: Use skills to summarize complex data into actionable insights and articulate findings effectively.

? Issue Management:

? Incoming Issue Reporting: Manage incoming issue reports from various sources.

? List Management: Maintain a list of issues, including categorization and prioritization.


Must-Have Skills:



  • Communication skills : Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, team members, and product areas. Experience working in a matrix environment with multiple teams and stakeholders. Strong project management skills to lead and execute projects successfully.



  • Documentation and Writing Skills: Ability to write clear and concise reports, utilizing internal tools to document processes and outcomes.



  • Time Management and Multitasking: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.



  • Data Analytical skills: Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and SQL, with experience working with Excel and other data tools.



Years of Experience: 6-8 years of experience

Degrees/Certifications Required: Basic bachelors degree - nice to have PMP
