**Hybrid Remote | 2 weeks per month onsite in Merrimack NH, Smithfield RI, Boston MA, Salt Lake City UT, Jersey City NJ, or Westlake TX**
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Product and Business Analyst professionals to join our team for a strategic initiative: expanding our U.S.-based brokerage platform into the Canadian market. This role requires a blend of product ownership, business analysis, and research skills, with a strong ability to work across the full product lifecycle.
Rate: $75/hr-$83/hr W2
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research on Canadian brokerage regulations, compliance requirements, and competitor offerings.
- Gather and document business requirements for new features and account types specific to clients.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation and testing.
- Understand existing platform architecture to design enhancements without disrupting current functionality.
- Own features from ideation through delivery, including post-launch support.
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize backlog and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Experience Requirements:

- Product ownership experience with end-to-end lifecycle accountability.
- Experience working on the development of new features.
- Strong business analysis and documentation skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving, logical reasoning, and structured thinking.
- Familiarity with brokerage and/or trading lifecycle domain (Canadian market experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Canadian brokerage regulations and account types.
- Exposure to platform-based product development.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
