Product Owner - 2 spots

Location - Hybrid in Phoenix 40% onsite

Job Description:

  • Reports to the Product Manager of Digital Leaching

  • Partners with Product Manager to provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders

  • Represents the customer and works closely with the scrum teams throughout the development process, participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints

  • Gathers data on customer needs and translates into product requirements

  • Prioritizes backlog and manages daily/sprint execution

  • Manages health and performance of the product team

  • Must have an engineering or geosciences B.Sc. degree

Pay Ranges from $80,000 to $140,000 depending on experience level.
