Immediate need for a talented Product Owner - Oracle HCM. This is a 06+months contract (with possible extension) opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano, TX (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills:Oracle HCM, Product Owner (Skills: Roadmaps, User Stories, Timelines, Backlog Management, Agile Sprint), Oracle HR (Modules: Oracle Core HR Modules: Talent Management, Position Management, Oracle Recruit), Jira and ServiceNow
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM with at least 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar leadership role managing modules/enhancements technology, systems, and processes.
  • Extensive experience with Oracle Guided Learning configuration, Jira user stories, backlog management and implementing prioritized initiatives and processes on a global scale.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving People & Culture initiatives and system implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR, Talent, Total Rewards and L&D workflows, data management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Exceptional project management and product management skills, including the ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to drive insights from data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization and influence process alignment and standardization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while managing competing priorities.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certifications in Agile or Product Management (e.g., Scrum Product Owner) are a plus.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification.
