The Product Owner, IT Enterprise Applications - Salesforce transforms patient and provider experiences through innovative cloud solutions. The Product Owner has advanced expertise in Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and Service Cloud to lead the development and enhancement of Salesforce-based solutions. The role plays a crucial role in defining and driving the product roadmap, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives. The Product Owner drives cross-functional alignment, mentors junior Product Owners, and takes ownership of complex products or portfolios. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, in-depth understanding of the product development lifecycle, and expert in Agile product delivery. The Sr Product Owner works closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

Responsibilities
Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap for Salesforce Health Cloud, Data and Service Cloud implementations, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders such as healthcare providers, IT teams, and executives to gather and prioritize requirements, translating them into detailed Epics, Features and guiding user stories and technical specifications.
Drive the adoption and effective use of Health Cloud features, such as supporting contact center, patient management, care coordination, and provider collaboration tools to support improved healthcare outcomes.
Oversee the development and enhancement of Data Cloud for marketing capabilities to unify and activate data across systems, enabling advanced analytics, personalization, and increased operational efficiency.
Leverage Service Cloud functionalities, including case management, omni-channel support, and knowledge bases, to elevate both customer and patient support experiences.
Own and manage large, complex product backlogs with clarity, prioritization, and alignment to business value.
Drive strategic alignment across multiple teams and business units; work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of features and enhancements.
Facilitate roadmap planning, quarterly planning, and sprint reviews across teams; regularly communicate the product roadmap to internal teams and stakeholders.
Partner with the development teams during sprint planning to ensure a shared understanding of requirements, translating them into detailed Epics, Features and user stories.
Plan, sequence, coordinate and deliver high-impact product releases, considering dependencies and potential impacts on other teams and systems.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor product metrics for assessment.
Utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions and continuously improve the product.
Act as liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable requirements.
Communicate product updates, milestones, and changes to stakeholders; ensure timely delivery of product releases.
Provide thought leadership and influence across product domains; gather and incorporate feedback from various sources to enhance the product.
Lead and mentor Product Owners and team members, supporting their growth and product mindset.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field of study from an accredited college or university.
10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years as a Technical Product Owner in Agile Development.
5+ years of experience leading and managing large projects with budgets of $1M or more and stakeholder management at all levels.
Certified Product Owner, Scale Agile Framework (SAFe) or 5+ years of related experience in Agile environment.
Experience utilizing different prioritization techniques such as MoSCow, Value vs. Effort, and Kano Model.
Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and Service Cloud with a solid grasp of system documentation, including APIs, Pub/Sub architectures, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Preferred
Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study from an accredited college or university.
Experience in the dental, healthcare or retail industry.
Experience working with multi-state healthcare services.

Here's the maximum we can offer at this time:
For CA, Base of $150K + Bonus of $20K, totaling a $170K package
For TX, Base of $136k + Bonus of $20k, totaling a $156k package
For the right candidate, we're open to including an additional $10K bonus.
We are starting at the lower end of the range to preserve room for future growth in compensation. That said, this role has significant growth potential. Within a year, it could evolve into an overarching Product Manager position for an entire domain area, offering career growth and compensation. The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
