Job description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Product Owner specializing in Wealth Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce.com and its application within the wealth management sector. This role is pivotal in driving product vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring that our offerings meet the needs of our clients and align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for wealth management solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to manage product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria effectively.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and enhancements.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement in product delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and provide ongoing support to users.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive iterative improvements and feature enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in wealth management.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong knowledge and experience with Salesforce.com, including its functionalities and customization.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and product features.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the wealth management or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
  • Experience with product management tools and software.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
