Job Details

The Role: Drive AI/ML Innovation

As the Product Owner, you will define and execute the AI/ML product strategy, focusing heavily on the Dataiku DSS platform. You will be the crucial link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that high-value machine learning use cases are delivered with governance and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the ML roadmap and feature backlog, aligning with the enterprise AI/ML strategy.

  • Lead project intake and prioritize high-value AI/ML use cases, ensuring both business alignment and technical feasibility.

  • Translate complex business problems into clear ML project requirements and user stories for technical teams.

  • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and MLOps teams to guide project execution within Dataiku.

  • Provide oversight of the end-to-end model lifecycle (development, deployment, monitoring) within Dataiku.

  • Partner with Data Governance and Risk teams to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.

  • Drive adoption and literacy of Dataiku and AI/ML platforms across the organization, developing training and a Community of Practice.

  • Ensure clear communication, translating model metrics and insights into quantifiable business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in data product management or product ownership roles.

  • Must have 2+ years of hands-on Dataiku DSS experience in an enterprise environment (Flow design, model lifecycle, governance, deployment, monitoring).

  • Must have a strong Product Owner / Data Product Manager background (Roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment).

  • Proven experience in Enterprise-scale AI/ML delivery.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate model outcomes into measurable business value.

  • Experience leading cross-functional AI/ML teams using Agile delivery frameworks.

  • Proficiency in the Dataiku ecosystem (Flow design, visual recipes, scenarios).

  • Familiarity with data platforms (Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, Databricks).

Highly Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cloud ML experience, Azure strongly preferred.

  • Dataiku certifications (Core Designer, Advanced Designer, or ML Practitioner).

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.

  • Working knowledge of MLOps, model drift monitoring, and AI governance.

  • Strong analytical thinking, storytelling, and communication skills.
