RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a hybrid Product Owner to join their team in Atlanta, GA.

Summary:
This role will oversee the strategy for custom software solutions that support operations and the client's technology stack. This position will play a critical role in driving the 12-18 months roadmap for our operations facing modules with a focus on the revenue management pricing tool. Working closely with executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, they will ensure alignment with business objectives and meet market demands effectively.

Responsibilities:
* Identify opportunities to create and/or improve technology products to elevate the team member experience or internal operations
* Prioritize opportunities based on data and evidence gathered from varying parts of the business
* Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, clarify ambiguities, and drive consensus among stakeholders
* Translate requirements, functional and technical, into clear and actionable user stories, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and roadmap
* Effectively communicate requirements and insights to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and understanding across all stakeholders
* Lead and manage the development of technology products, through entire product life cycle, from roadmaps to end-of-life and deprecation
* Work closely with other product managers in this domain to ensure alignment in strategy
* Work closely with delivery partners, actively participating in scrum ceremonies such as stand-up, continuous planning, demo, and retro
* Lead the management of product backlogs and boards in JIRA from intake to delivery

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
* 4+ years of experience of product management practices, agile methodologies, and test-driven development experience
* Demonstrated thought leadership in solving customer-facing digital experience opportunities
* Demonstrated experience collaborating with both business and IT to accomplish project objectives
* A proven track record of driving digital innovation and delivering outperformance to stated business goals
* Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant-facing technology, understanding of restaurant team member perspectives, expertise in user experience, and proficiency in design frameworks and processes
* Strong analytical skills and an ability to lead data-driven discussions
* Equipped with digital technical fluency to be capable of understanding technical constraints
* Experience in designing, implementing, and managing custom software solutions with complex API integrations
* Knowledge of the range of activities related to the product development lifecycle
* Experience using agile tools such as Jira and Confluence as well as agile delivery principles
* Ability to translate data-driven insights, business intent, customer needs, and/or technical direction into clear product requirements
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Strong project/workflow management, prioritization, and negotiating skills
* Ability to influence cross-functional teams and deliver results
* Self-starter personality who can operate with minimal supervision
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Proven track record of successfully launching and managing enterprise-level products in a global environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
