Product Owner

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Owner in Westlake, TX.

Responsibilities:
* Product Owner will lead a cross-functional squad to deliver specific product features and capabilities
* Coordinate with stakeholders across teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution
* Foster an iterative, agile work environment that encourages experimentation, learning from feedback and failures, and celebrating successes
* Translate business needs into clear technical requirements by understanding the technology ecosystem, including standards, tools, and processes
* Collaborate with the Product Area Leader to prioritize and deliver high-quality product features
* As a Product Owner, you will maintain matrixed accountability to functional Chapter Leaders for release quality, talent planning, and squad member development
* Ensure timely and effective delivery of product enhancements through continuous collaboration and refinement

REQUIREMENTS:
* BA/BS required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
* 5-8 years of experience in digital product development and financial services preferred
* Knowledge of and experience with institutional clients including financial advisor firms preferred
* Ability to lead and improve sophisticated programs while demonstrating positive relationship skills across business teams such as technology, service, sales and relationship management, marketing, and legal/risk/compliance
* Ability to coach and empower team to prioritize work, focus on execution, identify, communicate and remove impediments to progress
* Data-focused approach to understanding customer needs, translating strategic objectives into action, and measuring performance against established objectives and critical metrics
* Agile, Jira and Jira Align experience preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
