We're looking for an exceptionally experienced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative Staff Product Manager to help define and drive key aspects of the vision for our Workforce Scheduling Platform. This crucial platform optimizes the utilization of our rapidly growing two-sided professional network, ensuring seamless operations, efficient expert deployment, and a great experience for our professional experts.
In this impactful role, you'll be responsible for identifying complex problems, defining detailed requirements, and driving the delivery of significant platform features and products specifically for intelligent workforce scheduling and optimization. You'll work closely with engineering, data science, Customer Success teams, and Business Unit leaders across Intuit, influencing roadmaps and driving alignment across multiple teams or larger initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to help lead Intuit in its transformation to industry-leading service operations technologies and platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Product Vision & Roadmap Contribution: Help define and execute key components of the vision and strategic roadmap for the Workforce Scheduling Platform, ensuring alignment with broader Customer Success goals.
- Complex Problem Identification & Solution Definition: Identify and break down complex expert scheduling pain points and operational inefficiencies, translating them into clear, actionable product requirements and effective solutions.
- Feature Ownership & Delivery: Drive the end-to-end delivery of significant platform features, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Advanced Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize strong data and analytical skills to deeply understand scheduling patterns, measure product performance, and make highly informed decisions that significantly improve efficiency and satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration: Proactively partner with various stakeholders across different teams and functions to gather requirements, manage complex dependencies, and ensure successful, impactful product launches.
- Innovation & AI/ML Exploration: Actively explore and recommend new technologies and approaches, particularly in optimization and AI/ML, to enhance scheduling intelligence and automation, contributing to the strategic direction.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of direct Product Management experience - designing and delivering world-class software products, ideally with a strong focus optimization or complex operational systems.
- Proven ability to navigate, influence, and manage stakeholders in a complex, matrixed organization, often across multiple teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for backend platform and front-end products
- Strong project management and program leadership skills
- Strong SQL and/or analytical skills to extract deep insights, model data, and inform strategic product decisions.
- Ability to clearly articulate problems that need to be solved, define KPIs to measure impact, and work with engineers and analysts to ensure delivery of those KPIs
- A successful history of delivering customer-driven products that create excellent customer experiences and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated familiarity with AI/ML concepts, including prompting and practical usage, with a clear understanding of how to apply these technologies to solve complex scheduling challenges.
