Job Details

Title: Production / Technical Support

Location:Plano, TX (Onsite)
Employment Type: contract

Compensation
Pay Range:$32.25-$46.07/Yrs

Description
Act as a hands-on expert to resolve high-priority issues.
Suggest and implement process and performance improvements.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of issues and business processes.
Support application release and deployment activities.
Provide after-hours and on-call support as needed.
Perform ticket and issue triage in production environments.
Generate ad-hoc data reports for business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Identify the root cause of issues in code and databases.
Perform break-fix activities in code and databases.
Collaborate with application developers and support teams.
Ensure timely resolution of priority issues.

Qualifications
5 years of experience with mainframe or ETL-based applications.
5 years of experience with batch processing using scripting languages.
5 years of experience with databases like SQL-based systems.
2 years of experience with ETL tools and Unix systems.
2 years of experience with monitoring tools.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Experience with consumer banking or deposit applications.
