Position Overview
The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency and quality in production. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes to improve production workflows and reduce costs.

The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency and quality in production. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes to improve production workflows and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and product quality.
- Utilize SolidWorks to create and modify engineering drawings and models for production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address production issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve product reliability.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new production equipment and processes.
- Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements based on data analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks for designing and modeling production components.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably as a Production Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
