Production Engineer Production Engineer

Position Overview
The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency and quality in production. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes to improve production workflows and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and product quality.
  • Utilize SolidWorks to create and modify engineering drawings and models for production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address production issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve product reliability.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of new production equipment and processes.
  • Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements based on data analysis.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks for designing and modeling production components.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably as a Production Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
