We're seeking a motivated Production Engineering Intern to join our team for Summer 2026!
The Role:
As a Production Engineering Intern, you'll play a hands-on role in new equipment procurement, capacity analysis, and new model launch across our operations. You'll work closely with experienced engineers and shop floor associates to drive real impact-helping us build safer, higher-quality products while enhancing our environmental footprint.

We're seeking a motivated Production Engineering Intern to join our team for Summer 2026!

What You'll Be Doing:
- Complete a summer project using the PDCA methodology focused on process improvement within the manufacturing facility
- Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and resource utilization.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that promote workplace safety and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive productivity and deliver maximum value to our customers.
- Help implement process controls and standardization efforts that ensure consistency and reliability.
- Learn and apply Toyota Production System (TPS) principles to improve material flow, inventory management, and lead times.
What We're Looking For:
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in a technical field with proven, applicable experience
- Ability to understand layouts and design fixtures and tooling using Solidworks, Inventor, AutoCAD, or Catia
- Prior internship, work experience, or club activity which demonstrates a desire for hands on learning
