The Science Team at Russell Tobin & Associates supporting the Agriculture Industry that has an opening for Plant Production Operator in Grove Heights, MN!

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Production Worker to join our Agriculture team! This position is for second shift (3pm - 11pm)

Additional Details:
Contract Length: 6 months with the possibility of extension
Pay range: $18 to $20/hour on W2 as per experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Work extensively in a manufacturing environment packaging lubricant product in various size containers.
  • Follow all safety and compliance regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Enter order data into computer systems.
  • Monitor machines and make minor adjustments to meet quality and efficiency requirements.
  • Adhere to product and packaging specifications.
  • Stay current with the production schedule and plan changeovers accordingly.
  • Perform changeovers and end-of-run cleaning as directed by the Process Lead and Shift Manager.
  • Use standard methods to plan and perform operations to set up and operate plant equipment.
  • Document process conditions and processing uptime.
  • Periodically support warehousing tasks, including picking orders and receiving inventory.
  • Operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
  • Perform general labor duties, including material handling, cleanup, and machine operation.
  • Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work areas.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
