Job Location: Livermore, CA

Job Duration: Full Time

The Global Operations Project Manager role is a unique opportunity to lead business transformation to enable future business growth at an unprecedented level.

Responsibilities

• Project Manage business transformation projects to re-engineer business processes to ensure they meet Global Operations’ strategic objectives and goals.
• Project Manage initiatives end to end, from initiation to closure that require adoption of industry-standard/best practices to support business scalability and significant business growth.
• Develop project charter, project plans, defining the problem statement, vision/plan, success criteria, business benefits, budget/financial analysis support, and accountability.
• Manage cross-functional project teams (internal and external) to implement transformation solutions.
• Lead changes within Global Operations to ensure effective adoption of re-engineered processes and systems by the end-user community.
• Successfully close a project by measuring transformation results to ensure adherence to goals; take appropriate corrective or continuous improvement actions for any deviations; provide intermediate and final project retrospective.
• Solve complex problems through demonstration of thought leadership and influencing skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Research, or a related discipline.
• Ten+ years’ full-cycle project management experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and/or Order Fulfilment Operations.
• Hands-on experience managing business process reengineering projects.
• Experience in organizational change, leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across a global organization.
• Experience executing projects with Waterfall, Agile, or Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Requires professional presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate with all levels.
• Additional skills and abilities beneficial for this role include semiconductor equipment or discrete manufacturing industry experience, and PMP or Scrum Master Certification.

Xoriant reasonably expects the full time salary for this position to be within the following range: $140k - $160k.
