MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Analyst to join our MCWL team in Stafford, VA. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact projects that directly influence operational readiness and decision-making.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- You will coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of science and technology initiatives within MCWL
- You will help maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports to ensure timely progress and delivery
- You will support the development and analysis of briefings, white papers, and technical reports for senior leadership and program partners
- You will assist in developing metrics and tracking performance to inform investment decisions and assess program impact
- You will coordinate travel, meeting logistics, and engagement with DoD and non-DoD partners for technology demonstrations, workshops, and field exercises
- You will maintain awareness of emerging trends and capabilities relevant to MCWL's mission and identify potential technology transition opportunities
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting DoD Programs or technology development initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., public administration, business, political science, engineering, or related discipline). Additional 2 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Familiarity with the DoD acquisition lifecycle, S&T environments, or technology transition pathways
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting briefings and reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience supporting Marine Corps or joint service initiatives
- Knowledge of current and emerging defense technologies or innovation ecosystems
- Experience facilitating meetings, working groups, or technology experiments with cross-functional teams.
Clearance Requirements:
- This role requires an active DoD TS/SCI Clearance with SAP eligibility.
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
