Role: Program Director Manhattan Deployment (Contract Logistics 3PL Operations)

Location: Remote

Duration: Fulltime

Salary: $$150,000 - $180,000

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or IT program management roles.
  • 5+ years of experience deploying Manhattan and Associates (strong preference for Manhattan Active experience) WMS, OMS, and related products (e.g., SCI, TMS, Slotting Optimization).
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-site WMS rollouts in a 3PL or contract logistics environment.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Deep understanding of Manhattan Active and/or legacy WMS and OMS product suites.
  • Strong technical understanding of system integrations (API, EDI, middleware).
  • Exceptional project/program management skills, including waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to lead large cross-functional teams, vendors, and external consultants.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills.

  • Strategic thinker and hands-on problem solver with a passion for operational excellence.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing change at scale.
