Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with strong technical and domain expertise to lead the delivery of web and mobile applications in the Telecom domain. The role involves managing solutions deployed on Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), leveraging .NET, Java, and overseeing iOS/Android app development.

Must Have Skills

  • 7+ years Program Management (Web & Mobile Applications)

  • 7+ years Technical expertise in Telecom, Azure, Kubernetes, .NET, Java

  • 5+ years Telecom domain experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full program lifecycle planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.

  • Lead cross-functional teams across web, mobile, backend, and DevOps.

  • Oversee Azure AKS deployments, .NET & Java backend services, and system integration.

  • Coordinate web mobile dependencies for seamless user experience.

  • Drive Agile ceremonies (Scrum/SAFe) and support CI/CD & DevOps practices.

  • Ensure compliance with telecom standards and industry regulations.

  • Track KPIs, risks, and deliverables while ensuring release quality.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years in program/project management (software/web/mobile).

  • Experience with Azure, Kubernetes (AKS), .NET, Java.

  • Strong background in mobile app delivery (iOS/Android).

  • Expertise in Agile (Scrum/SAFe) and tools like Jira, Confluence.

  • PMP / PMI-ACP / CSM certification preferred.

  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
